Privacy.

Only what you send us. When you email info@insightfy.app, we receive your email address, the body of your message, and any attachments you include. If you reply to an email we send you, we receive the same.

We don't run analytics on this site. We don't set cookies. We don't load third-party ad pixels, heat-mappers, or session recorders. You can scroll the whole page without us knowing it happened.

To reply to you. To keep a record of the conversation so we can pick it up next time you write in.

We may also use messages in aggregate — anonymised, no identifying details — to understand what kinds of problems people bring to us, which helps us decide what to build next.

Nobody outside Insightfy employees who are handling your message. We don't sell, rent, or otherwise hand your information to third parties for their own use.

Our email is hosted by a standard business email provider, which processes your message on our behalf in the same way any company's email provider does. They are bound by their own privacy commitments to us and to you.

As long as the conversation is active, plus a reasonable period after for our own records. If you'd like us to delete everything on file, write to info@insightfy.app and we will.

You can ask what we have on file about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also ask us to stop using it and object to our use of it.

In the EU and UK, these rights are protected under GDPR. In California, they're protected under CCPA. Wherever you are, email us and we'll honour them.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has shared information with us, write in and we'll delete it.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the information you send us with the care we'd want applied to our own.

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. If the change is material — meaning it changes what we collect or how we use it — we'll flag it more prominently so you're not left to notice on your own.
