We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 30 days of your initial purchase.
This policy applies to your first purchase of any given product or subscription tier. Subsequent renewals or repurchases of the same product are generally not eligible for a refund unless required by law.
03How to request a refund
To request a refund, simply email us at info@insightfy.app from the email address associated with your account. Please include your order number or the email address used during purchase.
04Processing time
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 2-3 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
05Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
